COWRA OOSH
The Out of School Hours service provides education and care
to children from Kindergarten to year 6 on an After School and
Vacation Care basis.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

After school care caters for 29 children each school day from end of school - 6pm.

Cowra Bus Service is used to transport children from the local primary schools to 37 Binni Creek Road, then children and educators walk the short distance to OOSH premises.

Afternoon tea is provided by OOSH this consists of fruit, vege and a snack each day.

Monday to Thursday each week time is allocated for children to complete some homework.

Free play time allows for children to investigate, explore and extend on their own needs and interests either individually or in groups.
We provide a home like environment with relaxed, flexible programs that are a reflection of the children’s interests and needs.The service is closed on all public holidays and for approximately 1 week over the Christmas and New Year period.
VACATION CARE

CECS OOSH is licenced for 29 children each day and operates from 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday throughout the school holidays and on school pupil free days when viable.

Bookings for these positions open 4 weeks before each vacation care period begins, detailed programs are published prior to bookings opening.

Vacation care programs are based around the children’s interests and include opportunities for the children to participate in creative & performing arts, physical play and learning experiences.

The inclusion of community members and events in our programs promotes participation and collaboration within the community
