Cowra Early Childhood Services Administration team consists of Libby Ewing-Jarvie, Nicky Farrell, Ros Thompson and Emily Reynolds.  Our team focuses on the professional organisation and management of CECS day to day administration.

Administration are responsible for the processing of fees for all services within CECS.  The new Child Care Subsidy is the way the government assists families with their fees.  This system commenced on 2 July 2018 and is paid directly to the child care provider. There are basic requirements that must be satisfied for an individual to be eligible to receive CCS. A range of information resources are available to assist families.
